5. Payment and Refunds

Payment is processed through Stripe. Refunds are available within 7 days for technical failures or loading issues. Contact support@complyly.io for refund requests.

Complyly owns the service. You retain ownership of your documents but grant us a limited licence to process them for the purpose of providing the service.

7. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided “as is” with no accuracy guarantees. Our liability is capped at the amount you paid for the report.

9. Modifications to Service

Complyly reserves the right to modify or discontinue the service. Continued use implies acceptance of changes.
